Branches was created as a thesis 'evaluation' tool & utilizes two diagram 'tree' shapes mirroring one another. In this game, as opposed to 'Pin-choice', the designer has the faculty to choose on every occasion, thus controlling the risks and responsibilities involved. The right side of the mirrored image focuses on the user in order to verify the designer's concept, induction & positioning thus sprouting a positive correlation between user and creator.
The game has 3 possible outcomes:
- The two balls are standing one in front of the other, meaning the thesis is verified.
- The two balls stand on the same side of the diagram but not in front of each other, meaning the thesis must be revised / reinstated.
- The two balls stand apart from the diagram meaning a new thesis must be created.
